How do I apply for me Frank MasterCard?
- Scroll to https://apply.mebank.com.au/apply/apply_retail_cc.html?prod=FRANK
- Next answer the question, “Are you already with ME”, by tapping on the “Yes” or, “No” option.
- Then agree to the terms and conditions of the card, by tapping on the “Let’s do this” button.
- Thereafter, on the new page, enter your Full legal name (as it appears on your driver’s license or Passport), Date of birth, Email address, Mobile and Residential address.
- Proceed further by entering your Living situation, Relationship status and Number of dependents.
- Enter also your Residency Status
- Tap on the “Onwards” link, to proceed further with the application.
How do I activate my card?
Via Mobile App
- Click on the three line icon to access the menu
- Click on “cards”, select the card you need to activate, then click on “Activate card”
- Then key in your PIN
- Finally click on “Activate card”.
Via Phone
Call at 1300 307 986, to activate your card.
Via Internet Banking
- Login to internet banking
- A notification will be displayed in your “to do” list, close to the top of the page, just tap on “do it”.
- Then select the card you’re activating and set a 4-digit PIN for the card
- Thereafter, start the SMS confirmation process, and a SMS with a confirmation code will be sent
- Lastly, provide your SMS confirmation code.
What login detail do i need?
All you need is your Customer ID and Access code.
How do I recover my Access Code?
To recover your forgotten access code;
- Start by tapping on the “Forgotten your access code” link
- Then on the new page, enter your Customer ID and Date of birth
- Tap on the “Next” link to get further directions on what to do.
How do I close my credit card account?
If you need to close your credit card account, you can either send a request using internet banking or call me Frank on 13 15 63. If you are using internet banking, choose either tap “close my credit card account” under the accounts menu or send ME a secure mail, but note that only a primary cardholder can request closure of the account.
How do I get a replacement card?
If you are travelling interstate or overseas and you need a replacement card, you can call on +61 3 9708 4001. If you get a replacement card by regular mail, the card will be issued free of charge, but if the replacement card is sent via courier there’ll be free, just ask Me consultant for the details.
Can I use my card overseas?
Use your me Frank MasterCard, across the globe anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
How do I change my credit card limit?
Increasing your limit
A cardholder must have had his/her credit card for at least six months to apply for a credit limit increase, and you are more likely to get your increase approved if your income has increased and your debts have decreased.
If you’d like to apply, just fill out a credit card limit increase request form PDF and send same via email, fax or post.
Decreasing your limit
You can ask for a decrease in Credit limit any time you want, as long as you are a primary cardholder. Simply log into internet banking or give me Frank a call on 13 15 63. If you are using internet banking, click either “reduce my credit limit” under the cards menu or send Me a secure email.
