How Much of Mailbox Data is Synchronized With Outlook App?
This is how it works: Outlook for iOS and Android synchronizes 500 items per folder. With up to 1000 items per folder if the users clicks Load more conversations. The app will periodically trim the items per folder down to 500, to ensure optimal app performance.
Does Outlook for iOS and Android Support Proxy Configurations?
Yes. Outlook for Android and iOS app supports proxy configurations when the proxy infrastructure meets the following requirements;
- Supports HTTP protocol without TLS decryption and inspection.
- Does not perform authentication.
Outlook for Android and iOS consumes the proxy configuration as defined by the platform operating system. Technically, this configuration detail is deployed thru a PAC file. The PAC file has to be configured to use hostnames in place of protocol, no additional customs are supported.
